What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We want to keep in touch with residents and businesses within the Batchworth Community Council Neighbourhood area.   When you join our mailing list we will ask for your first and last names, your email address and your postcode.  The reason we ask for your postcode is to indicate to us that you are either resident  or work within the designated area.

The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
